South Dakota's Outstanding Teen 2005
Hailey Soyland, Miss South Dakota's Outstanding Teen 2005 graduated
from school in December 05. She now travels South
Dakota, performing with her group, "The Hailey
Steele Band". During the week, she still shares her
platform, "setting and achieving goals," by having
up to 3 elementary school assemblies around the
state. Hailey sings about 8 country songs and
interweaves them with a slide showing on how to set
goals and follow your dreams. She hopes to be the
inspiration for children across
South Dakota!
