Heather Harris proudly
assumed the title of Miss Texas’ Outstanding Teen
2005 last August when the current title holder,
Meghan Miller, became Miss America’s Outstanding
Teen 2006.
As Miss Texas’
Outstanding Teen 2005, Heather is traveling the
state of Texas promoting her platform, “Bully
Harassment”. She is determined to reach those who
are victims of bully harassment and help them
understand they are not alone.
Heather is a senior
at The High School for the Performing and Visual
Arts in Houston, Texas, where she is a vocal
performance major with an emphasis in classical
opera. |
