Instructions:
Press credentials to cover the MAOT Competition
will be restricted to media assigned to cover the
competition. Credentials must be submitted to
Kristi Gomen, prior to the event by completing the
form below. If you prefer to submit
your application by fax or by email to
kgomen@cfl.rr.com or 407-522-9301,

Requests for credentials will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Please complete this application, which must be
accompanied by a letter on company letterhead and
signed by your supervisor requesting credentials.
Two forms of photo ID must be shown at check in.
If you have failed to submit your request for
credentials prior to the event, you may present
your credentials to security located at the press
table in front of the main press room. You will
need 2 forms of ID, and original letter from your
supervisor requesting credentials and two forms of
photo ID. Failure to comply will result in not be
permitted into the events. Of course, space is
limited and based on first come first serve basis.
