I wanted to thank many of you who are opening and reading your emails blasts as this is a positive means of communications for all of us. With the new program we are running, we are able to track the participation. It appears only half of our state directors are actually opening and reading the blasts. We'd love for this number to be 100% as we are approaching the national competition.
Also, I wanted to restate, the dates of the pageant this year will be Aug. 21-28. We will require several contestants to be prepared to check-in at 7am on Sat, Aug. 21st and highly recommend you travel on Friday and take advantage of our room block and special rate at the Rosen Centre Hotel. More information will be released soon about the MAOT Lottery. The date has been set for July 13th. Please mark your calendars.
Also, I'm pleased to announce the Paperwork Portal is complete. Every state was sent a log-in several months ago. Please let me know if you are having any issues or concerns with the new system. We appreciate your patience.
