Miss Utah's Outstanding Teen Jennifer Gulbrandsen was named Thursday night's preliminary talent winner for her beautiful rendition of Chopin's "Scherzo No. 1 in B Minor" on piano at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center during the second night of competition.
